The 9th Annual Mayor's Arts & Business Awards Culture and art are identified as being one of the four pillars of a sustainable community. The Mayor's Arts & Business Awards (the MABAs) celebrates the artists of Regina who contribute to the creative and cultural fabric of our city. In addition, we showcase arts organizations and volunteers who add so much dimension, heart and soul to Regina. The MABAs also salutes the businesses in Regina who collaborate with artists and/or support artists and arts organizations in any number of ways.
